Hi, I’m Nikki

About Me
I work with women who have spent much of their lives feeling different, overwhelmed, or quietly hard on themselves—often without knowing why.

Like many of the women I support, I understand what it’s like to have a busy, creative mind in a world that values neatness, speed, and constant output. I also understand how years of coping, responsibility, and self‑doubt can take a toll—especially as life and hormones shift.
My work is grounded, compassionate, and respectful of where you are now. I don’t believe in fixing people or pushing through at all costs. I believe in listening to the nervous system, working gently with the subconscious, and creating space for ease and self‑trust to return.
Clients often tell me they feel understood, calmer, and less alone in our work together.
You don’t need to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or have everything figured out here.

I am a Member of EFT International and practice in accordance with their professional standards and code of ethics. I have undertaken additional trauma training, which informs the safe and paced way I work.

Work With Me
A supportive space for women with creative, chaotic minds

By the time many women reach their 40s, they’ve spent decades adapting—coping, pushing through, and finding ways to function in a world that doesn’t suit how their brains work.
Many only begin to recognise ADHD traits later in life, often after burnout, anxiety, loss of confidence, or a sense of quietly falling apart.

I work with women who are ready to stop forcing themselves into systems that don’t fit—and instead learn how to support their nervous system, emotions, and mind with compassion.

Common struggles I support
Women I work with often experience:

-
Chronic overwhelm and mental overload
-
Anxiety, emotional intensity, or shutdown
-
Procrastination rooted in nervous system stress
-
Long‑standing shame or self‑criticism
-
Perfectionism, people‑pleasing, or fear of getting it wrong
-
Exhaustion from years of holding everything together
-

These are not character flaws. They are adaptive responses to long‑term pressure.

My approach
I work at the level beneath logic and willpower—where habits, emotional responses, and self‑beliefs are formed.

Using EFT and NLP coaching, we gently address the patterns that keep you stuck in overwhelm, without reliving the past or forcing positive thinking.

Our work is collaborative, paced, and respectful of your nervous system.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)

EFT works with the body’s stress response, helping to calm the nervous system and release emotional charge built up over years of pressure, responsibility, and self‑judgement.

It’s particularly supportive for creative, ADHD‑style minds that become easily overwhelmed or emotionally flooded.

NLP Coaching

NLP helps identify and shift subconscious patterns such as:

-
all‑or‑nothing thinking
-
perfectionism
-
fear of failure or success
-
internal pressure to keep going
Rather than analysing endlessly, we work practically with how your mind creates meaning—and how to change that gently

What you may gain from this work

-
A calmer, more regulated nervous system
-
Less overwhelm and emotional intensity
-
Greater self‑trust and self‑compassion
-
Relief from long‑held shame and self‑blame
-
Ways of living that suit your energy, creativity, and life stage
This isn’t about becoming more disciplined or productive. It’s about feeling safer, clearer, and more at ease in yourself.

Working together

Sessions are one‑to‑one, confidential, and tailored to you. Many women come without a formal diagnosis—what matters is your lived experience.

You don’t need to explain or justify yourself here.

If this feels like the right kind of support, you’re welcome to take a small next step.
You might begin by: - booking a free (no commitment) discovery call - getting in touch with a question - simply sitting with what you’ve read

There’s no pressure, no fixing, and no rush
