Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and any services provided by Nikki Macro (“I”, “me”, “my”). By using this website or booking services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

I provide EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and NLP coaching services for personal development purposes. These services are educational and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

 

2. Eligibility

Services are offered to individuals aged 18 and over.

3. Booking & Payment​

  • Sessions must be booked in advance.

  • Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking.

  • Payment must be received prior to the session unless otherwise agreed.

 

4. Cancellation Policy​

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

  • If I need to reschedule, an alternative time will be offered.

 

5. Online Sessions​

Sessions may be delivered online via secure video conferencing platforms (such as Zoom or similar). You are responsible for ensuring you have suitable internet connection and a private, uninterrupted space. While reasonable steps are taken to use secure platforms, absolute security of online communications cannot be guaranteed. By booking online sessions, you consent to this method of delivery. If technical issues arise that prevent completion of a session, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or continue the session.

6. Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential except where disclosure is required by law, including but not limited to situations involving risk of serious harm to yourself or others.

 

7. Client Responsibility

Coaching is a collaborative process. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing during and after our work together.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under UK law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misprepresantion or any liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, materials, and resources, remains my intellectual property and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject

to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
